Caprice is the Office Administrator for CMP Wholesale. She comes with a wide skill set, across multiple industries. Caprice comes to the team with experience in; customer service, finances, disability claims, marketing, human resources, as well as production. Combined with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology, she prides herself in being able to understand the needs of, not only her clients, but also her team. For Caprice, “no job is too small, and no job is too big”, and she is always eager to help her co-workers wherever she is needed. With only being at CMP a short while, she already feels like a solid part of the team and is excited for the growth opportunities ahead.



Kelly previously worked in the glazing industry, starting in customer service / administration, progressing to project management and estimating large commercial projects. Her coworkers would describe her as motivated, organized, and detail oriented. She's excited to be learning something new daily and contributing wherever she can to the growth and success of the company.

Having worked previously as an order picker, then receiver, and lead shipper in a variety of industries, Daniel is very experienced in warehouse and logistics operations.

Stephanie Corke is the Accountant for the THC Global Group Canadian Operations. Stephanie has over 28 years experience in various industries. She has worked her way up from being an accounting clerk, to junior accountant, senior accountant, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller to Controller in various industries such as vehicles repair, off dock storage depot, sales training, manufacturer of wireless internet products, line painting and snow clearing, marketing, custom hot rod building. She utilizes her hands on experience in the different industries to ensure that the staff has accurate data and information that they need in order to make the decisions to grow the company. Stephanie is hands on and takes satisfaction in helping the team. She is also looking forward to going back to school in the new year to achieve her MBA. "We work in a team and we laugh a lot and get the job done. I am encouraged to go back to school and I am going to do it. I feel that I am making a positive difference to the company with my years of experience and I truly enjoy working here and I am excited to see how the company grows."









Mike is the General Manager, having grown with the company from warehouse manager in charge of shipping/receiving to operations manager, to where he is today. Mike was one of the original founders of Crystal Mountain Products (as it was previously known), and as the industry evolved, so has his skillset and expansive knowledge of hydroponics. He jumps at any opportunity to support customers and staff in coming up with solutions to any problems they may encounter. He's passionate about being a part of the growth of a company that brings people's visions to life. "I love that this job can be challenging at times and the opportunity to be achieving the goals that I set for myself."



Darren has been known in the industry for over 20 years, having worked in a variety of roles within the hydroponic industry. From the grassroots of the industry to the newly developed publicly traded companies. Darren has been involved in all components from retail, to wholesale, to distribution. Darren looks forward to being involved in the global opportunities that CMP Wholesale provides and the incredible team in the office. "I love being surrounded by people aligned with a global vision and that have a common drive for success."

Inside Sales Coordinator


Lina previously worked as an Investigations Officer for TD Canada Trust, in customer service and in business development. She was also in charge of business development and day-to-day operations for FAIRWAY GLASS insurance contracts. She was tasked with tracking down missing payments, ensuring customer satisfaction, branch assignments, assessments, customer inquiries and more. She now applies all of this experience and knowledge as CMP Wholesale's inside sales coordinator. She loves the customer service aspects of her job, challenging herself to be the best she can, and doing her best to make every transactional experience a great one. "I love that I learn something new about the industry every day."


Senior Sales Representative Gold Key Volkswagen 5 years; Kevin focused on profitable sales and always achieving sales targets. He had a variety of responsibilities, ranging from meeting, greeting and prospecting customers to identifying appropriate inventory, negotiating sale prices and handling contracts. As Pepsico Territory Manager for 5 years Kevin was Responsible for and negotiating value based on national and regional programs and ad activity at store level. He was performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. As a Ferrero Territory Manager for 1.5 years Kevin was responsible for managing the largest volume territory in Western Canada.

Steven Bourne is an accomplished entrepreneur from the vertical farming industry in Toronto, Canada. Steven co-founded Ripple Farms Inc. in 2016, which was engaged in indoor farming downtown Toronto, supplying restaurants, distributors, and food banks with fresh greens & herbs 365 days a year. Steven brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience from the controlled environment agriculture space, from seed-to-sale.

Steven is a strong advocate for environmental sustainability and social justice. He currently sits on the Canadian Aquaculture Industry Alliance Council as well as the Toronto Circular Economy Council.

Laura Harvey is a dynamic business professional that holds a Master of Business Administration and formal training as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma Methodology. She is a transformational leader with over 28 years of progressive experience in crafting and executing short and long-term strategies within privately held and publicly traded companies on the ISE, LSE, NYSE, and ASX. Laura has held senior leadership positions in operations, supply chain management, finance, marketing, sales, project management, and M&A activities with C-Suite roles, including Chief Administration Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President within distribution, service, and manufacturing. Laura is well versed in governance and compliance related to regulated environments such as the Financial Institutions Commission and Health Canada. As the former President and Founder of PartnerUp Consulting, Laura has utilized her practical and formal training in consulting for regional and international small to medium enterprises within service, cannabis, and distribution, a nonprofit association within the professional athletic entertainment industry, and registered charities for underprivileged children. The scope of services included but not limited to executing business architecture, restructuring to profitability, championing cultural change management, project management, and newco activities with a proven track record of execution to operational excellence.
