Description

Our CO2 generators are available in both propane or natural gas models. The use of CO2 generators helps increase and regulate the CO2 concentrations in your grow room, leading to increased photosynthesis, resulting in more plant growth. Both propane and natural gas generators feature:

  • Electronic Spark Ignition (ESI); no pilot light necessary.
  • Safety “tip over” feature; automatic shut off switch turns off propane/natural gas in case the generator is tipped or knocked over. The unit needs to be mounted level, and securely as the auto shut off is highly sensitive for your protection.
  • Constructed of powder-coated steel to prevent rust and discoloration.
  • 2 Amps / 120V / 60 Hz

  • Controllable: connect it to your controller to regulate CO2 automatically

Should there be a gas odor in the area?

  1. If you smell a gas odor, take the following steps:
  2. Turn off the gas supply immediately. Do not turn on any electrical devices.
  3. Ventilate the area by opening vents, doors, or windows. Leave the area until the gas odor is no longer present.
  4. Once ventilated and the gas odor is gone, determine where the leak is by using soapy water. Spray the soapy solution on the gas connections and watch for bubbles. Bubbles will appear if the connection(s) are leaking. Seal the leaks. If this does not correct the problem, contact the store you originally purchased your CO2 generator from.

Can I use my Propane CO2 generator with Natural gas? Can I use my Natural gas CO2 generator with Propane?
No. You need to buy the correct generator for your gas source. If you’re using propane, buy the propane version (and the same for the natural gas version).
